Body Ballet combines elements of dance, Pilates, and free-body work to develop long, lean muscles, solid posture, balance, and fluidity of movement.
Expect a combination of ballet-inspired standing sequences, floor exercises, and deep stretching — all designed to awaken your inner ballerina while sculpting your body in an effective, low-impact way.

 

FOCUS: posture, alignment, balance, core control, flexibility

 

GOAL: Sculpt long, defined muscles, improve movement quality, develop grace and control
