CLASSICAL DANCE - LEVEL 2
Beyond the basics
If terms like plié, relevé, or tendu sound familiar—and your body already knows how to follow them—it's time to take it a step further. This Level 2 course in classical choreography is designed for adults who already have a solid foundation and want to deepen their practice with more refinement.
We're maintaining a conscious, low-impact approach, but introducing greater complexity, fluidity, and precision. Expect longer sequences, more attention to transitions, and a more subtle connection to the music.
Each class is an invitation to expand your technique, refine your coordination, and develop presence through movement. You'll begin to dance not just with your body, but with intention.
Led by expert teachers, this course will help you evolve your skills and express yourself at your best — always in harmony with timeless classical music.
Intensity: Moderate Advanced Level

TIPS
Preparation and Work on the Points
Advanced course reserved exclusively for Level 2 Advanced students. Classes include leg and foot strengthening exercises, as well as dance combinations at the center and at the barre performed in pointe shoes.
Special attention is paid to conditioning the feet and ankles: targeted exercises and classical dance movements that develop strength, stability, and endurance. Strengthening the muscles of the feet and legs, in addition to improving pointe technique, also brings benefits in everyday life—walking in heels becomes easier, legs feel less tired after long walks, and problems like flat feet and other common ailments are effectively prevented.
Registration is only possible with the teacher's approval and properly fitted pointe shoes are required.

BARRE ON THE MAT
Perfect technique
A ballet-inspired workout performed on the mat, where classic movements are adapted for floor work. Without the difficulty of standing, you can focus on alignment, balance, and precise muscle activation—working deeply on one body part at a time.
This practice strengthens the back, core, and legs, improves posture and flexibility, and develops body control. It's ideal for those who want to perfect classical technique, improve grace and openness, or train safely without putting strain on the joints.
FOCUS: alignment, extension, stability, elegance, en dehors
Intensity: Low-Moderate For all levels
