Workshop di Improvvisazione

ICONIQUE STUDIO in collaboration with Anastasia from Joffrey Ballet School present an improvisation workshop open to all levels—no dance experience is required to participate! This workshop is an opportunity to explore movement in a free and spontaneous way, setting aside thoughts to focus on the pure joy of moving.

We will explore various sources of inspiration for movement and engage with space and the people around us in new ways. It will be a unique and authentic dialogue with our bodies, an experience of listening and discovery that allows us to connect with ourselves and others. This event will take place on Sunday between 10:30 and12:30 PM.
